(Open to graduating seniors from Elmore County High School)
Established 2012 in loving memory of Randy Fulmer, this scholarship is available to Elmore County High School graduates who have attended ECHS for at least three years and have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Awards will be based on academic accomplishment, school/community involvement and financial need.
