Founded in 1989 by Mrs. Olive Andrews in memory of her son, the Earl P. Andrews, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a student who is a member of a racial/ethnic minority group. The award is based on academic achievement and need. Eligible applicants must have a minimum ACT score of 23 or SAT score of 1130 and a minimum 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Scholarship awards range from $1,500 – $3,000.
