Development Officer Honored With Community Service Awards

Over the past week, the Central Alabama Community Foundation’s Development Officer, Whitney Griswold Califf, has been recognized twice for her dedication, service and leadership in the community.

On Thursday, April 11th, 2019, Whitney won the 2019 HandsOn River Region Adult Volunteer of the Year Award. HandsOn River Region mobilizes volunteers and connects people, information and services to meet local needs and build a strong, caring community.

Then on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 Development Officer, Whitney Griswold Califf, was honored as a Leading Lady nominee at the Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama Leading Ladies Award Brunch. The Leading Ladies Award celebrates individuals who are making a positive impact in their professional lives and in their communities, especially when they are directing those efforts to support the advancement of girls and women.
